Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship – Hong Kong Government is accepting applications for the Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship Scheme Program for study in Hong Kong. Fellowship Scheme is working under the Research Grants Council, offering a 300 Ph.D. degree to enrollment in Top Ranked Hong Kong Universities for all International Students Around the world.
Note Students who have done a Bachelors’s degree can also apply for a direct Ph.D. Program. Both the Master/MPhil and Bachelor’s degree holders can apply for this Fellowship.

- A conference and research-related Travel Allowance of HK$12,900

How To apply for this Scholarship:
Eligible candidates should first make an Initial Application online through the Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship Scheme Electronic System (HKPFSES) to obtain an HKPFS Reference Number by 1 December 2022 at Hong Kong Time 12:00:00 before submitting applications for Ph.D. admission to their desired universities.

After completing an initial application, applicants should submit full applications for their selected Ph.D. programs to the proposed universities quoting their HKPFS Reference Number before the universities’ respective deadlines.
